Trip Overview
Life is so short and it should be fun. This trip is all about having a good time, so be prepared to not only be an adventure traveller but also part of the fun!
Peru provides the perfect setting to step inside a world so fascinatingly different to our own. The history of the Inca Empire underpins our entire journey. We will immerse ourselves in the colour and excitement of present day while exploring and learning about its fascinating history. We will stay in comfortable hotels and most importantly, we will travel safely by private transport. We will endeavour to be responsible travellers not loud pushy tourists.
For 18 days in Peru and 2 in Bolivia, we will wander through colourful country markets, explore fascinating ancient Inca sites, stroll through little towns and villages, walk sacred trails high in the Andes watching the condors soar around us and stay as guests of the Taquile Islanders. A classic adventure holiday and simply - a fun trip!!
NOTE: The 4 day Inca Trail trek to Machu Picchu, while included in the cost, is optional and you do not have to do it. For non-trekkers there is an alternative itinerary that involves day trips from Cusco to fascinating Inca sites and Peruvian markets.
